I'm 44. Some days I feel younger, most days older You youngsters take good care of your bodies while you still can. I'm having a discectomy, fusion and a titanium plate done on my neck on Wednesday. This is the 2nd spinal surgery in 5 years. I take large amounts of long acting morphine and other pain killers on a daily basis. Wish I would have listened to the old farts when I was young.

5) Keep your mouth shut at all times while in public.

9) Nobody can tell that you are tripping until you tell them "I'm tripping".
10) No matter how fucked-up you think you are, you'll eventually come down.

I'm only 23 and have an insane amount of pain through out my body from breaking every bone you can think of. I was told to wait 20 years and all those injuries I will feel.
So, why do I feel all of them all of the time now?

Well, I meant it pretty matter-of-factly, but interpret as you wish.
I'm twenty-six and depending on fatigue and my state of shaving I get guesses ranging from fourteen to twenty-five.
However, I'm totally cool with retaining a bit of youthfulness before my lifestyle catches up to me. Or I go bald.

i'm probably lucky that my decade and a half of drug and alcohol abuse didn't fuck me over completely. also the 15 years of cigarette smoking--2 packs a day for 10 years coulda really screwed me over.

I've had all sorts of guesses about my age based on posts ranging from twelve to like.. forties. There's a picture of me around here somewhere.
And I'm in the same boat; I expected fully to look like a "Faces of Meth" poster by now.
I did cut back on cigarettes, but that's usually how I go with then anyway. I chain smoke for a few months and then subconsciously taper down. I think it's the insomnia, speed, opiates, and math that will inevitably age me prematurely.

I had my insomnia worked out pretty well, but it's been back in force lately. I have a pretty good idea of why.
I like the math, but it becomes tedious as a career field. I need the other stuff as maintenance for 13-hour workdays on eight hours of sleep per week.
I hope to take my vacation soon and sleep for a week and do a boatload of dope. I dream big.
