he has a really badass medicinal and edible "everything mushroom" company...if i had my Mycelium Running handy i'd tell ya. it's in the back of the book as his contact...

fungi.com that is it.

as a serious supplier of course he'd read the shroomery.

no matter what other ppl think of this site, there are a lot of very serious, very smart mycologists here in one spot. and they all spend money. of course he takes this place into account.

by the way, excepting that he doesn't do Ralphster-style "spores for microscopy" it is simply one of the most amazing mushroom sites to wander thru and drool....kinda window shopping for shroomeryites.

To be fair to the OP, I hadn't heard of him either when I first came here.  The first I heard of him was when I saw him speak at the Oregon Country Fair.

Dude. No offense. But that floors me.
Considering your posts, and interests(cool BTW/one of my fave posters) I would assume you would have already....Wow.

Paul's great, though not the BEST public speaker, I think he does a good job in that clip. His best live speech so far IMO. Now I say this in terms of will it grab Joe Average Guy and hold him. Of course when preaching to the choir maybe he could be a little eccentric, and not fully explain words we already know.

But just judging from a HEY! let's convert the stupid masses(heh, not the way that phrase usually means huh  ) to his mycocentric vision of ecology and use of resources/farming/forestry etc....That's the best one.

I've got Mycelium Running and Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms.....
PLUS! I've got EVERYTHING that's ever been turned into something digital and shared by more then 2 people!(everything I could find)
Various Interviews, speeches , digital copies of his books.
All together it's about 400 mbs I think?

And I think I threw it up on Megaupload the other day if anyone wants to snag it all.
Someone here will. I'll check.

Awe, psilocybeingzz - you hurt my feelings and made me feel bad about my lack of interesting/psychedelic related reading in the past few years. :frown:

I hear what you're saying about that being a "dumbed down" type talk, but it was obviously geared towards an audience unacquainted with the possibilities or realities of fungi.

I remember browsing a book of his regarding myco-renewal and it blew my mind. I will definitely be purchasing some of his books in the near future.

I would be interested in the megaupload, do you have a link?
