yeah Hypnagogia is teh bomb!
and you don't even need to be in dark for hours on end.

If this is true, you should see if there is a float tank/ sensory deprivation tank center near you. This is probably what you are looking for.

DMT is loaded within the Pineal gland.
Dreaming helps release it; DMT drug inserts its activity; psylosibin and LSD activate seritonin of the brain, which forces dmt to be released in the pineal gland,

But also it is excess able without the use of drugs, and dreaming.
