 I put global warming denies in the same boat as those who deny the Holocaust . BTW none of those links are credible and until a major and RESPECTED scientific magazine says other wise I'm gonna go with what every respectable intelligent sciencest .

Not much more. I'm sorry but every other place in the world besides America believes in global warming. I read a good amount of scientific magazines. The fact is here in the USA there is an anti global warming campaign here in the USA. Why because its bad for business . just follow the money....

 you people disappoint me. please continue to squabble over irrelevant debates about the nature of global warming when what we really need are pragmatic solutions to cope with the consequences of a continually changing climate (FACT). and while we're at it, we could really use some ideas about ending this crippling dependency on fossil fuel based energy. these things are real, regardless of how you want to explain it, and they are happening independent of whatever political ideology you affiliate yourself with. i see no evidence of widespread scientific fraud or any reason to doubt the conclusions of most solid peer-reviewed research. we've gained too much knowledge good information to throw out everything because of a few whacko's with an agenda.

I know my girlfriend is a researcher she makes around 45k a year. It was response to a different poster who said how much the scientific community was making. Research may cost millions but for many of the companies to go "green" would cost them billions that was the point I was trying to make.
Also how much info are you going to trust that comes from hackers. Who are they employed by? what agenda do they have? As said on all the news site "Because of the volume of this information we cannot currently confirm that all of this material is genuine." Its rather easy to fake an email.

I'd say that the hacker's agenda is more 'pure' than the government/policymakers/etc...
However, it is 'illegal,' yet it brings important information to 'light.'
