Humans are doing something incredibly wrong to be suffering from chronic diseases come 30/40/50, then dying in their 60/70.
Something is incredibly wrong and I believe that factor is diet... and not the "I eat Mcdonalds and ice cream all day" wrong... even people with "healthy" diets are still dying early.

your tales of body whoa sound remarkably similar to my own. in high school, i was a pretty intense wrestler, so i was skinny, but ripped. my six pack stayed with me a few years, despite inconsistent exercise. but for the past 2 years or so it hasn't really been visible. i can still feel some definition, which is amazing considering i haven't done ab workouts in over a year, but sadly it's hidden by a small layer of fat.
similar situation with the running too. i ran track and x-country in high school. i was never great, but i was definitely in decent shape. i'd average 5:30ish for one mile. i don't even want to know how long it'd take me now.
i'm 5'10" and weigh prolly about 170ish. luckily i don't look remotely fat, and my upper body looks stronger than it is.

IM a fatty right now. Im 6'2" prob 240.... BEER GUT. Not Lifting like I should be.. Very depressing...Cause I used to be prety Jacked

A little bit, but not in a while, I never really liked basketball all that much.
And yeah, my civic doesn't seem like the best fit, but I'd rather get 40+mpg than drive something that fits me comfortably and gets >30 mpg

Im about 6'3" and I haven't weighed myself in a while, probably around 140. Im lanky as hell. My drivers license says im 5'7" and 99 lbs and I have it until I'm 25
