you ripped your crawlspace apart to find your signed copy of magic mushrooms of the pacific northwest from when you went hunting with john allen.
you call stamets book psilocybin mushrooms of the world "THE BIBLE"
you giggle to yourself when some says lets make tea.
you hate summer and cant wait for the rains and colder weather.
you hate winter and curse the snow gods for ruining your shroom season.
you dont even own shoes, just many pairs of gum boots.
you ALWAYS have a bread bag in your pocket.just in case.
you spend hundreds of dollars on hip waders and you dont even fish.
you dont mind getting blue balls,because its only one letter away from getting blue bells.

-when you jump into the breaks when driving because you have spotted a king bolete 20m away
-when you speak about the weather getting better the next days because you heard there will be a lot of rain
-if you go out for a short hunt and come back 7 hours later
-if people you don't know ask you if you can help them with an id
-if the first thing people ask you when you see them again after month is "how is mushroom season" or "would it be worth to go out for a hunt the next days"
-if you think about what kind of mushrooms you could find in the area when you are going on holiday
