I love taking a huge dump, i find that brown rice, parsnips & brocoli help things run especially smoothly for me
Also chewing food alot before swallowing, chewing food alot also gives you a real feeling of what your eating aswell
What helps your bowel make its movements?

The thread is about healthy bowel movements
Nothing made me shit like doing a line of cocaine, but i wouldn't consider it healthy

A cup of joe in the morning, and a diet with unprocessed and unmanufactured foods - keeps me extremely regular.
The only time i "keep shit in my body" is when i am sleeping. I regularly shit after meals. I also usually shit 2 to 4x before leaving the house in the morning.

I wake up every morning between 7:30-8:30 a.m. and have to shit immediately. Like fucking clockwork. THey're not always healthy, but they're regular - and regular is synonomous with healthy

Hmm, i dont think firm is necessarily necessary to be healthy.
Once i stopped eating meat and dairy like i used to, my movements became loose, but not diarhea like.
Never constipated at all - easy out!

What i mean by firm, is not diarhea
A good dump wipes itself
I noticed that when i was living wild for a while, when you squat, you need not wipe

I recall taking a Med Doc pill and waiting over an hour to come up.
I cranked one out and as soon as it slid out,I came up out of my head .
I know many people who this has happened to. "Buzzing shits are the best!".
