well played sirs.
next outburst in my thread tho...
KY!!!, hey good buddy. its in the works right now.
everything im cultivating outdoors right now is getting printed on paper, cardboard, newspaper, etc.
that will be used to make mass amounts of spore slurry.
once i inoculate the field with this. IF i get fruits, ill take all the prints from all of those, mix into a slurry again, and do the same innoculating. maybe in a different field.
then over
and over
and over
eventually im assuming the "strains" will have breeded into one.
an outdoor Hawaiian cubensis
ive got sheets of paper that are jet black from spore printing. its gonna get SCARY

Drying up over here... checked out the pile and trich is gone... washed away? Ha it'll be back tho I am scoping out the landscape in the back yard... noticing it was ALOT like yours and was thinking possibly trying some true jungle love... seems to be working great for your guys.
Also about to try some other strains outdoor to see how they handle the conditions. I wonder if there is a general consensus on a variety that does better outdoors than another... prob not... a c, is a c, is a c... ha ha ha

am i the only person that goes a lil twitchy when they hear that
they maybe be the same species(???)
but they are far from same in SO many ways. shape, size, potency, growth characteristics, etc etc etc
id say fishy your best bet for outdoor cult is to get a WELL CIVILIZED strain.
such as the golden teachers, or B+ or Gulf Coast
all perform incredibly well via multispore, and have aggressive growth, and know how to reproduce efficiently. dont go with your less known cubes to start, most of them are less known because they dont perform like the other bcuz ppl havent taken the time to civilize them yet.
when theyre outdoors, they change a LOT of things about the way they grow. im assuming to balance out the natural-ness of nature. to assure they can reproduce. so dont take a mushroom, or culture youre having trouble with indoors and try it outdoors.
find something that blows up indoors, and itll blow up outdoors
again...

Good point... yeah doing a search on Costa Ricans does not bring up alot of results - at least grow logs... not saying there aren't a few but vs. PE, the CR posts are in short supply. I have other genetics going so we will see if this is the case in due time... but great advice!

ohhhhhhhhhhhh the rain is RIGHT ON TIME
my recent outdoor patches are fully colonized...ish, cased them today with happyfrog 40%, verm 40%, cococoir 20%
i found something that works GREAT for covering colonizing outdoor beds. temp case with CARDBOARD that stuff is suprisingly water proof and all the colonization happnin under the cardboard, is...colonizing the cardboard strip it off and case with casing mix, use the cardboard spawn for whatever else

ho brah da sky stay on fya no sunset tonight
i think youre calling your casing your whole..."patch"(if were talkin outdoors ) im only talking casing layer
my sub, and my spawn(grain) were mixed into an outdoor plot. and then CASED with cardboard
mostly for protection from the elements, but at the same time, its breathable, and absorbent, and somehow suprisingly water proof (keeps the sub under it at field capacity)

excellent idea!!!!!! I have a shiiiitload in the backyard... so much fun smashing those bitches up!
Dude... im starting to think the shit that ruined my outdoor patch isn't green trich. It starts out like trich... but turns like lime green/yellow.... and seems to track down all the healthy myc and just turn it yellow... bright fucking yellow with slight green tints... wtf... yellow trich? Green trich's evil myc head hunting outdoor cousin? LOL take pics after it dries up a bit... we just got a tooooooon of rain.

What up soooooooon! Looking tasty and yes indeed that was a fun storm that kicked up some tasty waves!
Glad to see you are kicking ass as usual! Been working on a badass aquaponics outdoor garden setup. Will post pics as soon as im done! Its the only true organic and you can grow your own food super fast like basketball cabbage heads in 1 month!!! Its all outdoor and all run on a continuous pump and with the help of gravity returns back to a catch where live farm raised Talapias are being raised to eventually be a perpetual cycle of food for about 10 cents worth of power a day to push fish poo water up a tube and then gravity to take it to the roots and then back to the fish where its all cleaned and ready for more poo... ha ha Getting way of subject so stoned... im gonna go.
