Yeah, for people who get gas or diarrhea from milk (or too much milk in my case) you can pick up the yellow-jug purity. They only make it in one percent, but the cultures give a tiny bit of flavor themselves so it still tastes better than regular 1%.

i'm definitely a fan of milk.
and vandago, think of the diversity of the human diet. there is no other species in the entire fucking world with a diet as diverse as us. we are sentient enough to procure what tastes good. to take what takes good and combine it with other things to taste good to make a new flavor. to change preparation styles of those things that taste good, to make even more new flavors. milk is one of those many, many, many flavors out there. it's nutritious and tasty to boot.
comparing our consumption of milk to other species doesn't really work. for those reasons listed, and many more.

I stay away from milk as well.
SOY ALL THE WAY ... vanilla soy milk > chocolate milk
And if your concerned about the calcium ... just get it from where the cows do ...

Milk doesn't have to have pus in it dawg, go buy some organic milk. I personally think milk is fricken delicious and refreshing, and loaded with good sustinence.

Seriously. Milk is awesome.
As for soy milk, I once tried chocolate soy milk, and it was fucking disgusting. If it calls itself milk, but makes chocolate taste bad, then it's a big, putrid pile of fail.

it's more vegan bullshit, cows that have mastitis dont get milked until
it's treated, consider that 20% of dairy cows will contract it at least
once, it quickly becomes the most costly issue in dairy herds, most dairy
farmers regularly test for the bacteria that causes it
