Have you talked to any lawyers yet?
Go make an appointment with a lawyer in the area you are being tried in. Many are willing to take extended payments. Its worth it!

Getting a loan requires credit for which I no longer have any good score.
I have tried a lot of different things from selling my cars to selling my jewelry and tvs.....no one wants to buy shit.
My parents' business is seriously crippled so they can't help me out and medical bills/stock market has killed my grandpa in finances. I'm fucked!
Hopefully I can ruffle some feathers within the NC BAR association and get someone to make that bitch lawyer treat me fair.

Have you called lawyers? Call them, call alot of them. They will find a way to help you now and make you pay later.
Do this tomorrow, spend a few hours calling dozens of them in your town. This will be well worth your time and money.

it is truly worth it to do everything in your ability to get someone that will fight for your side and keep a felony off of your record.
you could whore your self out to 500 fat chicks for a hundred bucks a piece, or 50 REALLY fat chicks for a thousand bucks a piece. lol.

NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U need a new PD!!!!!!!! U have the right to get a new Public Defender if you are not happy with this one!!!!!!! Do Not make the mistake of settling for the one u have!!!!!!!! Getting a new one might just buy u enough time to buy a lawyer!!!!! And trust me paying a lawyer ur $$$ gets them to do much more!!!! I just 2 months ago (and I am a felon) beat the shit out of the pizza man and took his pizzas! Not cause i was hungry but he was a racist and said very racist things to me. Which doesn't matter in court in WA! But I got a lawyer and all i got was house arrest! No Probation! Thank Goodness for this recession!

I will call a few tomorrow and ask the Director of Advisors at school to see if she knows anyone that can help me out.
This shit has been plaguing me since April and this bitch of an attorney rarely ever talks to me and when I raise a stink she bitches me out. Everyone says she is good, but is a bitch. Pretty evident that she is a bitch, but not good.
I have put forth more effort than her and she just doesn't seem to care, which she stated plenty of times.

naw, I was at the corner and he delivered a pizza to the house right next to mine and got on the phone walkin back to his car and i overheard him say "I cant stand all these porch monkeys and yard apes hanging around all the time!" And i was like "excuse me? What did u just call me?" and he was like " I called you a porch" And i just started rockin his ass blindly!

I contacted a few lawyers and they have told me that they will not do extended plans.
I'll try to contact some more people, but it looks bleak. Damn I need a joint right now to concentrate.

but it is really actions like this that can perpetuate the negativity between ANY two races... you hear someone say something like that and you look and laugh at them, letting them know that there ignorance is only just that IGNORANCE. founded by nothing but fear. don't respond with the anger and violence that they are trying to draw out of you to make themselves feel justified by getting that response
but by retaliating in such a way, they only walk away feeling justified and the feelings are exponentially spread in their own psyche and those around them.
but you respond in a more intelligent way and let them know that nothing they say is something that affects you or your race and, again, is based on nothing but fear. those people may live on, being retarded and afraid of other people but they eventually die and their side of the negative sight of prejudice dies with them, instead of being perpetuated.
