whole milk, and lots of it, ive bought a couple of pints of heavy whipping cream for drinking in the past, but i really love dairy

i think its been close to 10 years since ive had milk. no soy milk, goat milk, cow milk.. nothing. not in cereal. no alfredo sauce. blegh..
im not lactose intolerant or anything. i just dont like it. gross.
and ive broken a shit load of bones but i dont care. if the alternative is drink milk id rather break them all.

Fat free for drinking, whole milk for cooking. Although quite many restaurants only have 2% one so those cases I must have that one. And yes, I drink milk with every meal.

haha. i'm in the minority. i pretty much only buy 1%. i'm fine with 2%, but i generally go for the lower-cal option. though, not really a fan of skim.

Was raised on skim milk... that shit is GROSS. I had to finish a giant glass of it before I could leave the dinner table. Cruelty! And then upon coming to college, I realized 2% existed. Haven't looked back since.

More often than not I drink skim milk. When it comes to
cereal or milk and cookies though, it's all about 1%.

I was raised on 2%. Refused to drink the skim crap that my mom bought for herself. When I started buying my own groceries, I decided to give whole a try. That is all I buy now...

i don't drink cow's milk except in small quantities for coffee and cooking in which case it's whole milk, any lower and it gets too watered down for me.
