Oh, me either. I'm going to try one, but I don't expect to actually eat many. But I don't eat a lot of cubes, either.

Doc.. stir fry in butter, with garlic and onions.. until the tips of the oysters get slightly crispy I hated mushrooms (only ever had white and brown buttons) until I tried my own oysters.. cooked that way.
I have Pearls going in a 4 tier out on my deck .. they are doing great.

Update time.

So, the LY all WBSs were ready, so I added a VERY thin layer of verm and put them into my fruiting chamber that has some NM cakes in it already fruiting.

It's not definite. There's lots of things that could happen. I want everyone to try really hard to beat me. It's not fun if everyone gives up.
Heaviest mushroom should still be fun though.

Do yall use an incubator? Maybe that's a reason why mine are colonizing so well? I also added PH down and tons of other shit to the juice for the WBS. That could be a factor as well. My incubator stays between 80F and 84F. If it's REALLY cold outside it'll get down to 78. I've heard that above 80 it starts to benefit contams. I think that's a good thing because you'll be able to catch it quickly and you end up learning to be as clean and contam free as possible.
