The moderator spoke up due to you breaking the rules, not because I complained.

We're not in court here. I can't refuse to press charges against you. You break the forum rules, you get in trouble. The only reason I am responding, is so you cannot turn me into some kind of scapegoat -- I did not complain and your run in with the 'law' was your own doing.

Seriously, you guys really need to reconsider the whole idea of banning alltogether... this is liike a kindergarten where you can't use dirty words. You can think them but you can't say them! The rules do serve us... they are in place to provide a structure. The only thing that differentiates one forum from the next, are the rules. Otherwise all forums are just a blank slate where anyone can post anything. Creating and enforcing the rules of a forum is done to achieve this differentiating structure, not to prohibit you from saying what you think. As has already been stated, if you don't jive with the rules of this forum, take it elsewhere where you CAN say it. There are much more lax forums set up on the shroomery for those who don't enjoy the structure of rules and what they provide.
