Well.. the first two logs starting pinning.. So, I fired up the GH and put them into fruiting. These are Pleurotus Ostreatus. I have more of those colonizing and also Pleurotus Djamor/Pleurotus Ostreatus logs coming (all growing in this sub).
I am so happy to finally get this going.. Hope all goes well.. I will update this, and get some advice about everything along the way.

So far it looks like my GH may be too CO2 rich for pretty oysters and my temps are higher than wanted.. so I will be playing with ways to get around this or at least improve it. Though I did see a grow in my other thread that was a Florida outdoor grow.. so maybe the fresh air is more important than the temp.. finding a happy medium will be my mission.

I do have a question.. when CO2 is high and temps are high.. you get the club shaped fruits.. Does taste suffer as well?

i don't think so but i an new too.
my logs are starting to fruit too!
have you looked into the wet bulb idea? i think it might work for you if you add a vent fan 24/7 and run the ultrasonic linked to the wet bulb.
i ordered one from granger sat. it should be here in the middle of the pin set. i hope.
also as my green house is set up with 1 spinner type humidifier and an ultrasonic i run the spinner set to around 78%rh and the ultra on an 10 min / hr timer. as of now i cycle from 78% rh to 88%rh
pins are looking good. as are yours.
what are your timers set to? and what rh%'s do you range to and from?
the oyster i am growing is a wild capture and a strong one at that. i can't wait to see what size it turns out to be. i wonder what size you are expecting.

Well.. my RH settles at 98%.. drops to 90-92% after the exhaust cycle.. the air pump feeding the home made cool mist is a 2.6 lph that runs 24/7. I just noticed, because the GH is sealed, that it inflates the GH after a few minutes.. I am now thinking that between that air and the exhaust cycles I might get enough FAE.. maybe. I might try to open some holes at the bottom.. and use poly-fill in them, maybe the pump air will send a slow steady flow of CO2 out of it.. problem being that the exhaust fan will only suck from there too.. not sure. Exhaust cycles are now set to run 15 minutes every 2 hrs.

Yeah.. I just went through "the book" and the types I have growing will fruit in my temp range (just not as short and fat as I would like).. but they all have the 85-90% recommendation you stated for fruiting.. so I will start playing with that.. I still do not have the recommended amount of fresh air exchanges per hour.. but again hopefully the combination of air pump and exhaust will get me into a tolerable level, and if all other factors are right on.. who knows.
Thanks!

Why do you think you have an issue?
It looks like they are just starting to pin.
My first oyster log produced massive mycelium balls from which the oysters sprouted.
Wait awhile and see what happens.
Make sure you have enough FAE.
Humidity can cycle from 85% to 98%.
Paul Stamets say, at his seminar, that he cycles his fruiting room from 85 to 98% RH. He likes to get it to 85% therby drying it out a little which reduces contams.

Well.. my honest concern is FAE.. that has been in question for me since I started making the GH for these. And, as that remains an issue for me, until I see it develop, I want to give them the best shot by perfecting the rest of the parameters that I can. I can just pop holes or something for more FAE, but I am worried about the massive spore drop (fruiting 8 logs at a time in two GH's) affecting my living air.. hence the sealed GH.. hence the FAE issue.. So, I guess it is all based on that.

i use this guy with the 2 chambers and it draws air from each threw 2 balls of pollyfill to filter air. it seems to work so far and i will keep an eye on it so it does not clog up.

I present this just to inspire your ideas.

This is my chamber.
The lower left is a tub which contains a ultrasonic element.
The fan is a 171 cfm inline 4in fan whose speed is controlled by a "router speed control" from Harbor Freight.
Both ultrasonic and fan are on a timer.
The chamber is air tight - with two 4in hoses exiting the bottom right and exit out a window - I'm hoping this exhausts most of the spores since I pump in a lot of fresh air.
I have used this now for 9 months with no signs of spores coating the walls or floor.
I track humidity - and cycle the unit from 85% to 99% RH.
This has worked very well for me - I hope it might insipre ideas of your own.
Those are two Blue Oyster straw logs fruiting in the chamber.
Good Luck.

Thanks for the pic.. I like your set up better than mine. I think in the future, when I can, I am going to automate with the CO2 meter as recommended by RR. That would verify fresh air and keep CO2 to below the limits preferred by oysters. That, in itself, will verify fresh air content, and the humidity can be tracked another way.. such as with ratdog's wet bulb/dry bulb idea.. I think that would equal environmental perfection for me.. but I spent my limit on this set up and have to wait until January for more purchases on this.. until then.. well, thanks for the luck!

I grow all my oyster outside in my shop\greenhouse. i have a chamber built with a home made humidifer like yours herbal.. If you harvest them a little early u can stop alotta spores dropping. I would do that since your indoors. i left a bag inside fruiting the other day to see how many spores were dropped. there wasn't many, but i harvested a little early. (i know u can't see spore dropped but,if it gets thick u can see it under the mushroom usually )..looks like your logs r coming along pretty good. if your worried about fresh air u can just hook a fan up to run in there everyonce in a while. the co2 should just leak out the bottom of the gh if it is open since its the heavier air

the bottom isn't open.. but I did just open the zippers up some. I was thinking the same thing.. I can at least leave it cracked until they mature (if I don't pick them before they drop a load).. in theory they should form ok, then just be a little CO2 screwed there at the end when I zip it back up.. I know I can't do outside yet.. its just too hot still. But when temps start to drop I am going to do just that.

with them being in those logs (plastic tubing) they fruit just fine sitting out in open air with no green houses. so the fresh air is important. after your first harvest u will know what to do.. your name remind me of green dragon, lol

I did remove the plastic on those two.. hoping to expose as much as possible to pinning/fruiting triggers. If it cools down enough to go outdoors, I will leave those logs in the bag and hang them.

Also, I pretty much have a spawn factory going right now.. I have more wbs colonized and more starting.. and judging from the first two logs, it took a total of 8 days from stuffed to pinning. So as I need to make them, I can.. some hanging outside, some in the GH.. But, this way.. I can screw up and start over as I figure out my environment.

Thanks.. I am not going to post pics every 5 minutes (though I am that excited ), but that log is just exploding and forming rapidly (It's the blues).. The other log, which actually fully colonized faster, has not formed a single node/pin yet (it is Pearl).. Interesting

I just found one of my pink oyster logs pinning at every cut in the log. It isn't fully colonized, heck even some of the WBS spawn hasn't even recovered from the stuffing yet. But who am I to judge, it says its ready.. into the GH it went (none of the other 8 logs have done this, they are all kept in the same location). Keeping this one in the bag.

Looking at the pics in your Update 2, it appears that you are going to need more FAE, especially if you intend to put more logs into that FC. Oysters need massive amounts of fresh air or you will end up with leggy stemmed, small capped mushrooms.

yeah.. I believe that is going to be the outcome.. I am thinking about getting a timer that can go on/off multiple times in an hour to operate the exhaust/intake set up more often. I have accepted that result for this flush.. hoping to tune it better in the future. I just dont want to open it up too much in the house, worried about the massive amount of spores.. maybe I will go open the zippers until they get more mature, then shut it again.
*Edit:
I just went and opened the zippers all the way.. I said I was going to do this before, but decided to back down until the pins formed. Now, that they are looking to be ready to get elongated, I guess it isn't working that well. Also, my house is 72, its 75 in the GH, so the temp can come down some. I just have to make sure some humidity stays in there.. though if I just leave the rest of them in the bags, that won't matter much either... figuring stuff out 1 step at a time.

My 10 Day forecast .. still too hot to go outside eh?
In the exact area where they will be.. at the peak of the day 84.4f @87%rh
Then I also wonder.. because I need these to work.. if I just pop the filters out of the sides of my GH, that would leave a 3" hole on each side of each shelf in there. Then leave the zippers shut, RH should remain good, and FAE good, because there is an ambient air fan near by, and I can leave the exhaust cycle running, plus the 2.6 lph air pump pushing the mist. I wonder if the spore drop will be as unhealthy as I think from 8 6" logs.. If I have 8 logs doing well, then I bet I will produce more product than the 16 I originally had planned for the two sealed GH's.

Update 3
So, I did just fold the door open to the GH, accepting defeat (for now) on my clean air system. The top two logs were removed from the plastic, so they are surely doomed to dry out. Notice I left that part of the door there to help keep humidity up for them. Once they stall, I will dunk them and recover them some how.

However, after opening that door, the fruits on that original log took a couple turns. Most of the older skinny cluster of pins are starting to abort, while the newer clusters are starting to form a truer oyster shape. Note in these pics, the foreground clusters are newer and forming better, while the background clusters are starting to abort. However, this is just after 12 hours of open air exposure, I think it is quite a turn around, and yes FAE,FAE,FAE - UNDERSTOOD!

Now, I have new logs pinning very well, poly tubing still in place, and I have high hopes for nice clusters

Sorry, I like to post whore my first grows.. But, I have applied most of the advice I have gotten, and it is appreciated. With the door open, humidity is low <80%, so I mist a couple times a day. There is a fan sitting on the shelf right next to the GH, aiming at the wall, blowing air around the GH. The ceiling fan is also on in the room, and I opened the huge bay window in the room (since my bulbs have yet to arrive ), but the day light shines brightly into the GH.
Update 4
Log 1 - Pearl

Log 2 - Blue

Log 3 - Pink

Log 4 - Pink

Logs 5 and 6 are pinning in the bags, I expect them to pop out by tomorrow morning.. Logs 7-10 are still colonizing.

after misting.. it settles at 82%.. at the low point 75%. The house is at 57%. So it is better than nothing, just under the curve. I mist every 2-3 hours 9am-9pm.. then ignored at night. The mist does settle on the logs/fruit so I do not want to do it anymore than I do, but it seems ok.

Just picked 97.8 Fresh grams

Turned into the breakfast of champs within 10 minutes

I have never had an Oyster mushroom, or even a truly fresh one.. OMG! This is like the best thing I have ever tasted.. Butter, Shallots, and Chopped Garlic.. (insert Homer drewl).

They have been the best of the three.. haven't harvested them yet.. Doing that within the next few hours. The pearls were awesome to eat. I even saw a grow log, where this guy said he would no longer be doing pinks because the did not produce as much.. in my set up, I have to differ on that. I am thinking of going straight pinks.. (though the blues look promising too).

So.. I have come to conclusion.. I think the pink oysters will be my bulk niche. In my environment the Pearls and Blues are maturing, then starting to wrinkle up at just about the size of a quarter and with long stems. The blues are almost immediately losing their color as well. The pinks are getting huge and stemless, and the entire log explodes with them. So, I am going to drop the pearls and the blues, I am doing G2G with a bunch of spawn bags of pinks today. I will try the Golden when they come off back order and arrive. I will now be seeing if Enoki or Lions Mane will do well.
Thanks again to all.

No problem.. the Pinks have been nothing but very vigorous.. even from spores.. in LC .. and on agar (and of course, in the grows). You should be good to go. Print taken in a glove box, etc.,.
Here is a 11 day old LC made with a wedge from a Pink dish:

I just loaded a log last night of Pearl.. doing an experimental substrate.. we'll see. Either way, I will take prints of those as well.
