Good eye, and great find! :headbanger:

I love finding a pin, and then pointing in the general area of the pin to a buddy and seeing how long it takes them to find it...

Is that in the city, or farther from home?

Twiz this was directly from the city, from a well watered patch that I kept moist all summer long.  And yes Jet Li it is a tiny pin, lol, surprised I even saw it tbh.  Hopefully the slugs will leave it alone and maybe it will be a small cyan in a few days.

More pins today, 10/4/2009

These were the ones that I could get good photos of. There were probably 100 total pinners.

nice find. i took my first walk today.  saw some gallerinas and a few other species, but all in all not a whole lot, but a lot of the areas were still too dry.  still a great day for a information gathering stroll.

Found more baeos yesterday, same spot as before- well kept lawn, alongside blue ringers.

The ringers are going strong everywhere

Still dont know what these are, I put in an id request, they definitley bruised blue with purple spores.

Houdini, aka "hoodrat", husky and lab mix. This dog has two settings, full speed and off.

We went looking for cyans, but they still seem to be waiting for the right conditions in most places.

Or you could do some research (there's plenty of info on this site) and learn how to ID actives yourself!

Went out for my first stroll of the season today...  Didn't find the litte blue ringers I was after but came upon a big old aminita patch and this little guy (actually pretty good sized garter) scrambling around through the mushies...

Then I found this little thingy.  Not quite sure what he is, but I left him alone.

These guys are ALL OVER my lawn, but I have no idea what the heck they are:
