it's been three days without any rain... didnt figure i'd find much in the way of actives but thought i'd look to see what might be growing anyhow... found 36, 28 of them needed a ride so i helped them out... four were found standing in the wide open in an area of heavy horse manure and this group was waiting from where i found 7 two weeks ago... same pile o' equine poop...

Hey, i live in south florida in the miami-broward area and was wondering if anyone knew any good hotspots. I live very close to two cow fields and was also wondering if it would be a good idea to go hunting there.

Wow I was surprised when I went to my field today. Cubes popping up in entirely new areas, it was pretty cool. Also found a few nice pan cyans, haven't seen them in months. Hopefully as the weather gets a little cooler it will keep raining a bit and those cyans will keep coming.

The fields I hunt are still flooded and its been at least 12 days since any significant rainfall. Most of the patties out there are completely washed out. The high ground isn't yielding anything but Pan. Ant.'s. Hopefully the dry spell will help the standing water drain, then a couple of light showers should do the trick.
