great finds man i still have not been able to track down any actives and i dont think september is goin to be my month... the oficial weather report for the PNW is that there is going to be no rain for the rest of the month and record highs into the 90s predicted for the next week.. some good news is that the south sound is going to have some more winter like temps but i live in the central sound

I'm hopin' my area stays damp. It's very wooded, shaded, and the horse riders haven't been tramplin' the shit out of things. My beer can collections in a couple of areas have kept the local residents away so far this year (probably think there's a resident homeless drunk out there now  rolf) a watering can rather than a spray bottle is looking like a good idea this week!

ya i dont knows any mushrooms whos habbitat includes beer cans... but lots of water is going to be needed to ward of the predicted heat and im going to be working right in the middle of it and cant do anything...

Yeah, the beer is partly to keep slugs away and partly something I like to drink. I only set the cans in one spot (atleast until the parks dept comes around!). It helps kill the slugs pretty good even though it's a really wooded area. And like I said, it keeps the locals at bay!
