i just rode around a few neighborhoods between mine and the grocery store, mostly to see flood damage.  seems like everyone is off work, no kids in school, and people outside everywhere.  if you're going hunting..  it better be on a hill in the middle of nowhere.

A food dehydrator does work well. Just be sure not to turn the heat up too high. Heat =bad.

Man, I finally found my first Weilii, One lonely ole Weilii. I hit a spot that I have checked several times with no luck. But the habitat just seemed right. It was in some grass at the bottom of a hill that is covered in young pine trees. It was right on the edge of the pine straw. I didn't see anymore, Is one a good sign that more will appear? I put it in my cargo pocket and when I got home the stem was bluing, I cut it right at the stem/cap and it blued almost instantly! Thanks everyone for your info/pics, probaly would have gave up w/o it!:headbanger:
got pics but no USB and will get more pics if spot continues to fruit

i wonder if that 25 gram shroom is as potent as 25 grams (wet) of smaller weilii

Has anyone checked Paulding County? Is that a known spot to find these elusive beauties? Like maybe in and around Dallas GA?

I believe those weird looking mushrooms are called stinkhorns. I have been finding them everywhere lately, during my chanterelle hunts. You can smell them before you even see them.

Once you upload them you'll get individual URLs or one for all of em combined. Just go back into PICS.

Where did the pictures go that say they are gone like, 'deleted by poster'?  Some of them are gone on posts only one day old, or less?  Does that happen if you *move* a pic to a new folder after post-linking it?

I can't get pics to post, but if intrested please check my gallery till I figure this shit out! Yesterday I found my first Weilii in a spot I've checked before w/ no luck. So, I went out today and checked similar habitats and found two new patches. All are grassy(bermuda)areas, near pine trees/islands. I got about 40 or so out of the 2 new patches found today. I looked in about 8-10 spots today and scored on two of them. I was Weilii-less yesterday and really thought I wasn't holding my head right...
