i was wondering if anyone has ever created a fake Dr. prescription pad and used it to get meds from a pharmacy.
it seems like it would be easy enough to make in Microsoft word.
any thoughts?

well, you have to have a legitimate DEA number that is linked with a doctor to get controlled substances of any type...and these DEA numbers are ran through an algorithm at each pharmacy to see if they are legit, if not, they won't fill it, and may even set you up to get arrested. They rarely every check their registry though, but if they did, and you had made one up that fits the algorithm (easy to do if you look online) and its not there, your still going to get in trouble.
best bet is to steal another doctors already made pads...and even then, you still have to learn sig, which is the language/abbreviation system used to write scripts.

Pharmacists are specifically trained to catch people doing this.
I wouldn't risk it.

Learning the sig isn't that hard... You ever seen an M.D. signature? Doctors are especially easy to forage. Maybe its because i have been foraging signatures for a lot of different things since i was 13. But to me its not that hard to make a line with a couple loops in it. Thats literally my doctors signature.

there's also watermarks in script pads. you can't just hand them a regular piece of paper.

Man, if you have to ask, you shouldn't be doing these types of things.
It isn't hard to get scripts legit if you need them.
Otherwise go buy street drugs.

I got a 20 script of 5/500 vicodin for strep throat if that says anything about this quote... Didn't even exagerate the pain or anything. She was just like "I think im going to give you something a little stronger than the Tylenol" She proceeded to hand me the script for vicodin, i just acted like i had no idea what the stuff was... but on the inside i just had did a tiger woods fist pump.

I stole an entire legitimate doctor's prescription pad.
Needless to say, I never wrote anything with it, as I'm not a fucking moron, I just thought it was funny to grab it off the table when I left.

you can try but your chances are slim you have a better chance doing it if it's not a narcotic and if you get a narcotic you need to make sure you fill out the script right and to do that you need to have correct numbers on there this includes a DEA # (if it's a narcotic)
slim but possible

Yeah, you can go to another clinic, but DO NOT use your insurance card at the second clinic. You'll have to pay out of pocket. For both the appointment AND the meds. It's best to just switch doctors and say that you do NOT have insurance. Dude, if you're serious about this, it's going to cost you a lot of time and money. It's pretty easy to get whatever you want from doctors, as long as you only have ONE doctor at a time who writes LEGITIMATE prescriptions for you. This is costly and time consuming, but you can use your insurance just as long as you legitimately only have ONE doctor at a time and keep switching them.
But really man, don't even fuck around with it. It's for your own good, really. You don't wanna get caught "doctor shopping" and you ESPECIALLY don't wanna get caught forging prescriptions. They crack down pretty hard on that shit in most places.
