I got these mushrooms from a cow pasture in southern Alabama.
Gills:
off-white, turn gray when dried.
Stem:
1"-6" long, thin, with a white ring near the cap
Cap:
1"-3" in diameter. Has a bump in the center. Light brown/gold in the center, fades to an off-white.
Spore print color:
none. They don't seem to have any spores.
Bruising:
bruised blue when picked.
The white gills worried me, so I got a guy who knows a lot about shrooms to look at him and he said they were probably a sterile stain of psilocybe cubensis. Does that sound right? I'll try to get some pics up soon.

Raoul Duke: We had two bags of grass, 75 pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full og cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, laughers, screamers... Also a qt. Of tequila, qt. of rum, case of beer, pint of raw either, & two dzn amyls. Not that we need it, but once you get locked in a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that worried me was the either. There is nothing more irresponsable and deprived than a man in the depths of an either binge.
