Title 18, Section 333 of the United States Code:
Whoever mutilates, cuts, disfigures, perforates, unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, Federal Reserve Bank, or Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such item(s) unfit to be reissued, shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

Dude, you just committed an illegal act far reaching beyond any use of drugs, and you admitted it on the internet.
Not to mention the fact that U.S. currency can be easily tracked,
and the fact that an official of the U.S. government could determine the serial number from the picture you just posted.

Yeah, money does suck, because it always creates polar extremes in wealth in a system of Capitalism.
Abolishing money everywhere would be pretty cool. Everyone could live comfortably, as long as they were willing to help others out.

Doesn't "Unfit to be reissued" simply mean less than 50% of it left?

Yeah, no ones going to come after you for a 1 dollar bill, that'd be a huge waste of time and money (lolz)
With that said... it's a one dollar bill- if you were trying to make some kind of statement, burn a hundred or some shit. This isn't all the impressive, waste of time... you could have bought some candy with the dollar instead.
