Yep first finds of 09 and first post(well ive been lurking a couple weeks) well first one i found on dead wood, has white gills , and therefore left it as poisnous, had holow stem and grew in a cluster

The white gills

hollow stem

The next ones im kinda curious about becouse someone cut a bunch off so i assume there edible or that person is dead now , they grow on trees or logs

And these next ones grew near the trees that had the last ones but in the dirt insted of the tree

Dead organisms can still belong to a certain species. For example, a dead human being will still be classified as the species 'human being'. So to answer your question: yes. The dead ones are a fourth species and they are called Coprinellus Micaceus.

The last species' (coprinellus micaceus) gills are deliquescing, that is why the are black and gooey.

They're edible, they're not bad when they are pretty young. 50 of them is lot to pick, they're edible not choice.
