Nice finds!
-------------------- Raoul Duke: We had two bags of grass, 75 pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full og cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, laughers, screamers... Also a qt. Of tequila, qt. of rum, case of beer, pint of raw either, & two dzn amyls. Not that we need it, but once you get locked in a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that worried me was the either. There is nothing more irresponsable and deprived than a man in the depths of an either binge.

i had alot of fun though, in the midst of the chaos the mushroom spirits told me my jars were going to be fucking awesome.
lets hope they are right. lol.
Yeah seems like these couple of hot rainless days have dried the fields up pretty well..
We need some rain!

Epic storms rolled in to my neck of the woods last night. Going to check out some pastureland this afternoon hopefully I'll have a haul like the ones earlier in the season.
On a side note does anyone know when Gyms will start popping up? I've never tried hunting them before and it sounds like a challenge!

Gyms should be out now. Look for moist areas with many downed trees or fallen branches. So in other words look under cover. They are pretty easy to spot since their color is bright orange and most of them will give you Cheeto fingers.

went to a field i'v known about for a couple years. it's nice and has a wooded area that the cows go in, but there is normally only active Pans out there. But today I found around ten Cubes and some Reishi.
the Cubes were small but I hope my field keeps it goin. I think it's weird that the Cubes didn't show up until August at this place, but it's pretty sweet

Honestly I don't think we need any more rain, not in central fl, all my fields have been flooded for two months already. We just need the typical summer afternoon short shower that rehydrates, dries up and leaves the area humid...

You might not need anymore rain.. But it has been dry here for six days! Also if your worried about the patties getting to wet just get some of those two liter bottle holders from behind your local Publix, spray them black and push into the ground then place the patties on top. This is working for me. Give it a shot then try and bash on the idea..

^Great idea but I don't own the field and I don't wanna go littering it up putting plastic with poops on top. That is a little to extreme for me

Finally!
After months of spider web kissing, yellow jacket attacks, herd stampedes!
It happened last weekend just as the sun was setting on a Saturday night. Only 72 grams which was good given, there was obvious signs of someone there before me. But hell I'll take seconds.

So this Saturday I thought I would try earlier.
Things weren't looking up since there has been no rain this week. However there wasn't any for the week prior to my first finds.
After an hour w/no luck I decided to go w/my shroomery senses built upon past hunts and get off the beaten path and follow my nose. Well what do you know!

I'm pretty excited about all this esp given there hasn't been any rain in 2-3 weeks in this area. I hear thunder now. Hopefully will update soon. Gonna take my camera on the next hunt for sure. Peace out!
