I've heard of that, it's the Fiske vs. The State of Florida case or something along those lines.

That decision only applies when you don't know what the mushrooms are.  Most people confess to the police that they were picking illegal mushrooms, leaving no possible legal defense.

Yes, that will get you off the drug charge.  They'll still get you with trespassing if they can. 

Its always best to pick a mix of actives and edibles, so its more believable that you don't know what they are.

Found this beauty tonight in a new field I've been looking at. It's too bad it was the only one I found. I'm gonna go back during the day sometime maybe it'll be easier to find them. You guys think I can feel anything from eating this?

About a week ago it was raining alot.. then no rain for 3 days.
alot of cubes..
so I stacked a few piles together,
After that I took the shit that was covered with black and blue from dead shroomies and broke them up over the big pile.
I looked good after I was done..
So no rain for two more days and I check it out to see how the big pile was and I find like 8 Super super small cubes I have nver seen ones this small befor. I wanted to take them home and put the under my bonzai with a background and take pictures!:evil:

Why were they sooo damm small, and they were full grown!
  Anyone?
I left waited one more day and it rained Heavy for around 1 hour and some change.. now this morning im going to check on em..
I hope they are bigger!

I just got back from a hunt. It was a total bust. I found two copes in an area where i usually find copes and cubes galore. This lack of rain is balls.

I found about 50 cubes,
20 were big size caps..
one was bigger than my hand:grin:
I will post the pics later tonight.
Seems this field is amazing! I cant wait until the Season picks up:eek:

This is true to some degree.  Anyone can go here and read up on that court case.

basically it ruled out that FRESH specimens cannot be considered illegal to possess in florida.  But I guarantee that won't stop the police from fucking with you

went out with my friend this morning and came across tons of Cubes.  i brought my camera but it didn't have the battery in it, so these are the only photos. and this is only half of our finds.

those big ones weighed over 70 grams fresh each
