is too much rain a bad thing, will it drown mycelium...to where it doesn't fruit?
its been raining for like 10 days, and still alot more to come...

Usually it doesn't matter. Standing water is bad, obviously, but unlike a tray that you use in cultivation, the soil will usually drain any excess water fairly quickly once it stops pouring, adjusting moisture content to a point where it's just right for mushrooms to fruit.

I can tell you that heavy rain will wreck a good patch of Oyster mushrooms
But they had already fruited
