Small Honey Colored Mushrooms

Habitat: Growing on soil. There is a very small stump near the are but the mushrooms are not growing directly next to it. The mushrooms patch is spread out, most are not touching each other.
Gills: Dark brown / black
Stem: 1 inch or so. White, solid. Very thin.
Cap: Maybe half an inch across. Honey brown coloring.
Spore print color: Black
Bruising: No bruising
Other information: No noticeable odor. I have a patch of Coprinus Micaceus growing nearby. I thought these were younger of the same but upon closer look appear to be a different species.
