I'll take the beech wedge..
VVVVVVVVVVVVV gets three Phoenix Oyster dowels caked with mycellium and agar.. an extremely strong strain - you could drop these three into a quart of grain and have it grow out in 10 days.. I kid you not. Or just drop them on agar.
