Lets see, from my experiences, I've tripped in houses/ outside / parks/ camping/ at music festivals/ nighttime downtown / bars / hmmm pretty much everywhere, across country open fields, in cars / hotels/ etc. although i have never tripped inside of a cave. I have tripped in complete silence and darkness

All grand experiences, and I find my most valuable learning experience was inside my room on the computer.

So wutever.. it's like, retarded talking about this lol.

Define a "real" Psychedelic experience then?

While sitting in front of a computer is not my ideal way to spend an /entire/ trip - I will often find myself in front of it for a portion of the trip. I've had some /very/ powerful experiences tripping on LSD while browsing art on the internet.

I recall one night, staring at an image while on a few hits of LSD. The picture would start to animate, then a layer of it would pop off the screen, 'unravel' to form a more complex image, and then start to animate. This process of popping out / unraveling / animating continued for quite a few levels.

Eventually, the world around me was no longer there - I was inside of a new world. It seemed as if I was in India, and a long road was before me. At the end of the road was a giant temple, and the road was lined pillars with elephants ontop of them, and a giant godess type figure standing in the center.

Once I snapped out of it, my sense of self/time came back and was actually a bit startled to realize I was still in front of my computer, and ended up almost in tears because it was just so beautiful to have gone to that place.

Dunno bout you, but that ranks up there pretty high in 'psychedelic experiences'.

Ideally, I like to be outside going for an all-day hike, but now and then - a bit of time on the computer can also come with it's interesting expediences.

I like making posts on this web site while tripping.  I will come up with this mind blowing "I found the meaning of existence" thought.  Attempt to post.  But by the time i type two sentances i feel like it has been 15 minutes and i think "Wow... typing takes forever"  Then realize how boring sitting inside is.
