Albums that can be described best as divine psychedelic journeys

I'd love to hear some of your thoughts on this. I'm not talking about good individual songs or just any album that doesn't force you to skip tracks. I'm talking about albums that take your mind away for the entirety and leave you feeling floored by the end.
My feeling is that any album that can be an incredible psychedelic journey is something with enough emotional movement and depth to simply be an amazing album all around. Playing with the mind and giving the imagination a playground is truly the key to perfect art.
These ones qualify for me, hands down: John Frusciante - The Empyrean The Porcupine Tree - In Absentia Mew - And The Glass Handed Kites Boards of Canada - The Campfire Headphase
A few more come close, albums by Blonde Redhead, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Plaid, to name a few - but they just don't have the out of this world impact that the above list does.
So who's got some albums to add?

Most, if not all, Pink Floyd albums.

Nothing Lasts, But Nothing is Lost by Shpongle.
An obvious choice I suppose, but whenever I listen to this album while tripping I always have a turbulent yet productive trip. I can't think of a single other album which so completely works in conjunction with tripping - in my opinion it is the ultimate psychedelic, spiritual music.
I generally play it from the onset through the peak of the trip and get a sense of enthusiastic joy coming from the mushroom energy towards the music.
I think it's to do with how swiftly, yet smoothly, that particular Sphongle album moves through different variations - it seems to provided constant and evolving stimulation for the psilocybin enriched mind.
Ram & Posford conjured up magic with that album, hopefully the 4th album will be a worthy addition.

Rusted Root, When I Woke
The first few times, you may skip tracks, but later you may be able to feel it from start to finish.

I agree this album is really special...
It's very playful, got lots of variation, harmony, chaos, joy, sadness...

It's mostly the Beatles and Floyd that help me in divine journeys. Although I find the beatles more uplifting, filled with peace and love.

I really love Moody Blues when I'm tripping, their music is absolutely amazing. Very insightful lyrics that leave you thinking, with fucking superb sounds to boot. Haven't listened to much of their later music, but anything before 1972 is triptastic. I personal favorite would probably be "A Question of Balance"
King Crimson is fantastic too! In the Court of King Crimson is a fucking trip when you're sober, damn is that music spectacular. I really want more King Crimson to check out.
Yes, as already stated Pink Floyd is some of the best tripping music, truly top quality. For me, I ALWAYS trip with Obscured by Clouds somewhere in the playlist, my favorite album ever.
I've recently ran into Enigma, The Screen Behind the Mirror. I haven't taken a journey with it yet but just jamming out to it makes me want to.
Thievery Corp ha some chill fucking music, excellent for tripping. Their music just jams and flows so well, it's amazing. My favorite album so far is "The Comic Game", hah simply sweet. The name attracted me, the music trapped me.

"ummagumma" pink floyd; deep and dark
"everything ecstatic" fourtet; forceful and sincere positivity and spirituality.
"surrender" the chemical brothers; the first electronic music I ever went out and bought, also my introduction to truly trippy music.
ummagumma is great for the intense introspection and the other two are simply spiritual to get up and dance to.
I find myself wanting to listen to alot of music that isn't overtly trippy during a trip, especially jazz, bluegrass/gospel. They usually bring an earthy humanistic feel whereas the truly trippy music can leave me out in space sometimes.

Liquid Tension Experiment (1 and 2) - Liqud Tension Experiment
Its the guys from Dream Theater playing instrumental music. Progressive fusion. Very trippy and very good. I highly recommend it! LTE 1 is very intense. Paradigm Shift, The Stretch, Universal Mind, Three Minute Warning. Give it a shot.
Also, a few of the live shows from Phish are mind blowing! Anything Porcupine Tree is phenomenal. Anything Pink Floyd is orgasmic.
