Home grown.....dried by leaving them out for a day or two...then into a paper bag in the fridge.
(FYI...currently 79.3F in my place, and 24% humidity....)

u seem to know Psyconaut... whats the taste of shiitake, why did u dry them and how do you plan to eat them (special recipe maybe) ?

They looked better fresh ;-)
They're dried so they can be stored longer....they'll probably end up in a stir-fry.
