I can't tell if you want something that can be smoked.

If you like tea, go pick up Celestial Season's "Sleepytime Tea" or Bigelow's "Sweatdreams Tea".  I drink a cup every night it really does help.

If you really want to sleep well drink 5 cups.  It's great.

I use to take Diphenhydramine HCL sleep aid when I needed to fall asleep. Sometimes it would help...sometimes not.

A quick FYI for people who use OTC sleeping meds...

Diphenhydramine = Benadryl = Unisom = Tylenol PM (+ acetaminophen) = Advil PM (+ ibuprofen). They're all the same thing. Buy generic diphenhydramine and you'll save some money.

Also, it's a love/hate relationship with diphenhydramine. It usually gives me night sweats really bad and I ALWAYS wake up within 7-8 hours of going to bed and can't go back to sleep. Great for most people, but sometimes I need more sleep than that. Also, the day after taking diphenhydramine my eyes are all fucked up. They burn and are watery, yet feel dry... hard to describe.

Melatonin never worked for me.

you can go to gnc and get melatonin. from what i've read, melatonin is a natural component of your body and that's what makes you feel so groggily tired in the morning when you wanna go back to bed.

valerian root also works (or so i've heard), or a lot of different types of sinus medication with diphenhydramine in it has also be known to put you to sleep.

just try and relax and play some soft music or something. no lie, a good strategy is just staying up until you feel tired. eventually it will happen.

melatonin works best when you are trying to go to sleep, like when the tv is off, and your not hungry, or no music is going on. It must be dark for it to have the proper effect. It is the naturally occurring chemical in the brain that puts your brain to rest when it is dark.

To get a good night's sleep, i take 6-9mg of melatonin, with a few capsules of valerian. The two put together will make for some really deep sleep most of the time. Valerian will keep you from rolling around in your sleep. I feel very weak when on valerian like i'm trying to lift 4x my weight.  If i take it without melatonin though it will put me down, but i will be wide awake usually.

3-5 mgs works well for me.  I take it an hour or so before I want to go to bed, read a book in bed and I'm usually out by the time I read a chapter or so.

Melatonin.

It's not the kind of pill that you take and expect to be knocked out by. You gotta take it and go to bed in the dark and it will help you get to sleep.

It might not work the first or 2nd time but it's a great sleep aid with no negative effects and no next day drowsyness. If you fuck up you're sleep pattern melatonin can fix it.

Melatonin makes it impossible for me to get up. Have never noticed too much about dreaming. From my understanding Melatonin actually decreases REM Sleep causing you're body make up for the difference.

melatonin i find doesn't start working for a week or so. it's better for getting your body on a natural sleep rhythm, but not necessarily a "i have insomnia tonight and can't fall asleep aid"

doxlamin succinate (benadryl, right? they also sell it as OTC sleep aids in 50mg doses) works great for me (a lot of my insomnia is caused by a deviated septum, so it kills 2 birds with one stone) - however, many experience grogginess the next day.

I had trouble getting out of bed in the morning to because of Melatonin but you get used to it.

When I used to do a lot of speed last summer, I used to take Melatonin and have a line of amp already made on my night table. Just wake up and rail it, by the time you put you're head back on the pillow you'd be thinking of things to do for the day

Ah good times.

A 20 of dro. I normally smoke around 40-50 a week. So, I pick up 80 since my guy LOVES to give big counts on higher prices bags. I always have a lot left over going into the next week.

Jesus Christ dude

That doesn't even make sense.

Down here a 20 bag is a 20 bag is a 20 bag. 20$ = 2.8g

A lot of times a 20 bag is an 8th, regular price for an 8th is 25$ but people just sell em for 20$

I am never touching a ciggie again. Plus, at almost 8 a pack and going up AGAIN, its time to kill that habit.
