You could make do with one for the time being. They are pretty expensive, but relative to any other "full body workout" device, they're cheap as fuck.

For sure. A fraction of the price of a year's gym membership.

I wish Hue would let me post a picture of him here on the forum. I think anyone that saw the change in his body composition using kettle bells, would start using them immediately.
Meams, I am rooting for you to get the job you want. I have seen such a change in your attitude since you started this tread a while back. You are DOING and taking Action!

Yeah, if that's Hue, or whoever it is, that is UNREAL. Looks like two totally different human beings.
That's one thing about guys who can get fat like that, if they workout, they look REAL good. Me, I'm a real skinny, high energy/high endurance dude, so no matter what I do, I'll never have that stacked look.
It'd be nice to fill out a shirt like that. I need to get ahold of Barry Bonds' guy.
Great work!

In the fat picture I was on the next to last day of a trip going out to see the Icelander in Oregon. The whole deal started on a mountain out after Ice gave me some good medicine. It finished healing something in me and I became motivated. Ice saw me in all of my fat glory at that time. Every moment after that I got better. I had been over 300 lbs for nearly 20 years. It is awesome that my wonderful wife works out with me to help me keep progressing, and it is awesome to have a brother...like Ice. Within a year of that photo I was starting to rock climb and hike on extremely strenuous trails. Now I pursue martial arts...it has been like magic.

Ahhhh, I didn't know you two were related - thats clever! I'm looking foward to the day that I fill out a shirt (as you said, whattheheck). I've always been the same high-energy high-metabolism guy and what I've gained from kettlebells in the past few months have been the first muscles I've ever had, ever.
I'm gettin pumped up for my 24kg TGU day. I was able to do three per side last time, I'm goin for 5/side today! I'll post back up here in a few hours with the results.
Once again, thanks for all the motivation guys - and another FUCKING GOOD JOB DONE to Hue & Sunflower.
