He's being held without bail in a Florida jail... the guy sounds like a real dick.
"Among the charges from Florida agencies were marijuana possession and distribution charges, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft, cruelty to animals and larceny, according to police officials and public records."

Yeah I heard about this the other day on the news...not sure why I haven't seen any discussion here about it yet :P

I don't see how the Drug Czar having a stepson in jail for drug charges is another step closer.
Jeb Bush's daughter was a rich little crackhead who escaped from a rehab facility... she was the niece of the president, and the daughter of the governor of Florida. That wasn't a "step closer" to drug reform.

I think normal was referring to the new drug czar.
Not the kid being in jail.
