 planning on hippie-flipping, suggested dose of psilocybe cyanescens?

So, if one was planning to hippie-flip sometime sooner than later, with 1 dose (1 hit, or 1 capfull) of MDMA (not an ecstasy pill, but pure MDMA [aka Molly]) and Psilocybe Cyanescens, what is a "proper" dose of Psilocybe Cyanescens (dried) one would be advised to take with the MDMA?
I've done MDMA one time, and one dose of that alone had me on quite an intense roll for about 3 hours before I could settle down, though even then I was still rolling.
I've been blessed with the Psilocybin experience probably somewhere around 4-6 times, the majority of the time with Psilocybe Cyanescens, the other with Cubensis and once a very very very low dose of Azurescens.
I'll usually buy 1/8 of the Psilocybe Cyanescens dried (if I'm correct 1/8 is 3.5 grams?) and with even half of the 1/8 I get really intense visuals, patterns, and often times see astral "people."
^^not that that's really of much importance, but point being; even half an eighth will do me well.

i'd eat an eighth man if you've done that already- with the mdma before or soon after the mushrooms i don't see how you could have a bum trip. when the euphoria of the mushrooms and ecstacy collide you will be pretty happy.
