Field & Forest Shiitakes

I don't see a lot of info here about the Shiitake strains offered by Field & Forest.

They have a large variety of strains for warm weather, cold weather, and wide range fruiting, at a decent price.

They seem to cater to outdoor log growers, but I am looking for a strain for indoor / sawdust.

Can anyone give any comments on these strains or recommendations?

i just got my new catalog in from them also and they recommend calling for any questions you may have. practically any outdoor grown log type shiitake can be grown indoors under similar conditions with the sawdust teks. they even offer sawdust block shiitakes too.
