The dark annular zone makes me think its Stropharia semiglobata but the grass habitat makes me think its Agrocybe pediades. What is the smell and taste like? Its not toxic or active.

It looks like stropharia semiglobata, but don't eat it on my ID.
Hallucinogenic Fungi
Several common fungi, including the so-called 'magic mushrooms' Psilocybe semilanceata (also known as the liberty cap) have hallucinogenic properties and should not be eaten. Here are just a few to beware of:
Amanita muscaria is a dangerously hallucinogenic fungus. Most of the toxic material is contained in the cap of the mushroom. At least one death has been directly attributed to poisoning by this species.
Stropharia semiglobata is one of several small fungi in this genus that bring on serious hallucinatory effects if they are eaten. This particular species grows on cattle dung in meadows; that should be enough to put most people off!
THat's what they say here:

Okay, but just so you know- posting images of random mushrooms you find and hoping that any of them will get you high is sort of a ridiculous way of doing things. The more you learn, the more likely you are to find what you are looking for. But if you're just in it to get high and don't want to waste a lot of time or thought on it, then you are probably going to get frustrated really quick.
I recommend researching and finding out where the mushrooms you are after grow- the state, habitat, time of year, etc.
