hahaha. i grew up in chicago, stay away from the customers on austin and cicero avenues....damn, i would just stay in the downtown area nice and safe hehehe, naw, God i love that city, its the greatest...

Right...it's new to me too. It helps a lot of times (airport trips especially). I really don't know why I even told her I accepted cards. I didn't have to. Come to think of it I don't remember that she even asked.... It was more like she just handed it too me... and me --being too eager to please, I accepted the card. It was pretty dumb on my part. My excuse is I sampled some kind about an hour earlier --hence I was in an "idealistic" mood and gave someone the benefit of the doubt for no reason. Frankly, I was spaced out. I could have handled easily it by settling the financial details before ever leaving Austin. I hate to offend anyone by demanding money up front but it's a fact of life. I'll try to remember some story and post it though....

Cicero is one of my favorite streets....I know what you mean about the custies (hehehe).... not that I have anything to offer but a ride ....I guess I'm attracted to the rugged reality of Cicero.... It's sooo tuff. You know the Drive-In? The one on Cicero and 33rd.... It's been abandoned for like 5 years now. I have some pictures I could dig up .. actually I don't cuz my Hi-8 videocamera got ganked by a gangbanger.... I have some pictures on tape..... I need to get the recorder to transfer them to the computer.
