A Country Dip Soundtrack

Hello, I'm new here.
AND...
I like country dips!

Basically I live in xxx, and in xxx we have these special country routes that take us away from normality. As we like to drive out and in to the country to smoke 2 (sometimes more) blunts (2 grams each) I always end up having an euphoric memory (mostly depends on the music). I will say that each CD is a journey to a different world.

(if you're considering a country dip, or cut, please be careful of cops, inattentive jerks, and as always stay low under the radar.

I listen to ambient, shoe gaze, folk, and mostly anything that puts me in a dream-like trance. My favorite band is The Cure, but also fond of The Pixies, The Breeders, Mountain Goats, Tool, Sonic Youth, and any minimalist music as well.

My questions are:
What kind of music do you listen to (baked) while you're on a scenic drive?
What would be your mix if you had to choose 10 songs?
Why did you choose these songs?
Did these songs have any particular production to why these songs are in order the way they are?
