always store in vodka/ethanol.. if your substance is stored in water for any prolonged period it could become become subject to microorganisms. if you have alcohol in there, that is not possible. storing 2c-e in alcohol should not result in any interactions...maybe add some crushed up vitamin c to prevent oxidation, but 2c's are relatively stable on their own.

secondly always label your bottle so that someone doesn't drink it unknowingly. it's simple harm prevention.
