This is my first post here. I have been reading for years and sent a couple PMs. I recently got a cuisinart electric pressure cooker. It was a gift (so i cant complain haha). It has a low and hi setting on it. My question is: On "hi" does anyone have any guess as to what the PSI is? I looked everywhere on the manuals and even called in to the company and they could not tell me anything...any advice? Could this still be ok for sterilization? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
