they've stopped colonizing.
multispore inoculation of quart jars, it's been at least 2 months and it grew slower and slower and now it's stopped or moving slowly, no contam detected. can moisture leave through the fiber glass filter?

Very possible. I've just recently started making my WBS with more moisture content before they go into the PC, i let quite a few grains swell up and burst before i start loading the jars up. Wbs can definately dry out and not colonize while in the jars, its happened on several occasions.

i'll tell my buddy to inject about 4cc's of water into each jar then just to be safe.
