It has been almost 5 months that I have not had the proper spiritual release from psychedelics.
Acid gives me terrible paranoia.
Mushrooms make me violently throw up.
Today I took out my spoon pipe. Pulled out the bag of DMT. Loaded 50mg(scaled) into my spoon pipe(double-layered with oregano). Slowly smoked. Held. Smoked again. Held. Smoked again. Held.
My timing sequence was not right, but it doesnt matter- I wasnt ready to break through.
Immediately I was losing touch with reality. My vision became distorted with that "weird" presence wavy look that mushrooms give. I felt this spiritual release and my tension drift away. It was a release I definitely needed...nothing releases stress like drugs, IMO - not even an hour doing cardio.

it reminded me of a typical DPT trip. everything around you looks like it's underwater, and patterns flow and ebb on objects

I have felt that I got a full TUNE UP from smoking DMT. Like all my chakras were cleared.
Once, I saw this strange colorful spiraling energy sround my heart, then it went just outside my body, spun around for a bit and then with a very gentle and calm feeling, came back into me.
It was like there was some bad energy in that part of me and the DMT experience dialed it back in.

i dunno about an hour of cardio but doing heavy exertion until your body is pumped and your brain gliding, is pretty damn effective at stress release, imo
