 Strange sour smell but fresh mushroom smell after shacking

Hi all, I read a lot in this forum which is very nice made, interesting and informative.
Its a common question but I didn't found exactly the same problem as I got.
2 Weeks ago I injected spores into 2 of my mush bags.
A few days later it smelled a bit sour because it was stored at a too high temperature (35°) [I know, pretty huge mistake]
At that moment there was NO myc at all.
For me, it was clearly a contamination but I wanted to see if they are really lost.
Well, 1 week later myc colonized at a lot of space in the bag. Everything looked fine and at any moment it never looked like on the pictures shown under "Wet Spot; Sour Rot" or other topics in this great forum.
So, the sour rot was still there and I shacked the bags, hopefully that it is colonizing faster. When I smelled at them after shaking there was this fresh, tasty mushroom smell, like you find in the woods.
My substrate is made of rye and vermiculite.
At the moment the myc is repairing I guess, it was yesterday that I shacked the bags.

For how long did you have it at 35°C?
Warm cooked rye can have sort of a "sourish" smell to it. I think you will be alright.

That's harsh, but not deadly. Like someone locked you up in a sauna for 1 1/2 hours or so...

If it smelled like fresh mushrooms after shaking, you're OK.
