Soooooooo, I want to update the newcomers guide.
I was thinking of adding a section covering print and syringe making and also a link section with links to useful information.
What do you think?
Also, please post any links to teks and/or logs that you find useful.
I'll review them and choose a selection of the best to add to the thread for easy access.

I think the spore syringe info would be a good addition. Personally, my first grow may come from a spore print which I'll have to make a syringe of.
After checking out your guide again too, I think you could add a section to 'Harvesting' concerning the drying and storage of harvested fruits.

Definitely, and it'd be worthwhile to mention new trends and make sure there isn't any outdated information in it.
Though the only new trend I can think of is the plastic container thing.

I'd like to see discussion of strain isolation. (I've been reading the box of chocolates quote in your signature too often.)
While isolation might not be noobie material, it may help to answer questions about... well, you know.

i think your guide is a great place to list the data in my thread:- "myths, outdated info, and common bad advice" also you would be a great person to reword the whole lot of info. or just a link to the thread. just seems like new people should have this info pushed in their face_

i wish the simplicity of Ps. mexicana strains were known by more noobs. growing sclerotia is easier then growing cubes PF-tek. i just wish the species was more widely known and experimented with

I think i might just collect that information and re type it in a list or write-up of sorts- i will post it in an update at the top of the thread. Then i will shoot you a list of the needless posts-(you cleaned the thread a couple times even banned a troublemaker!  ) If any new myths ect. are added to the thread i can make updates. .

Ya Im a newb, my fist grow will be PB and KS from a syringe and I have found all of the info very very helpful, thank you every one...I would also love to be able to make my own prints for myself and to donate,yes I am a giver to those who give. I also am doing Papaver Somniferum (Giganteum) if any one has info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Im starting my PB right after I finish this and was wanting to add a step by step journal with pics as my grow progresses.I have every thing that I need"Man was that one of the strangest momenst at checkout".Not to mention how spun I was sweating my ass off.Ok let hear it whos gonna be the 1st to say fuck the tweeker.Nobody I hope...cause to his his own and Im just trying to reach that same horizion Ya feel me.So I gonna get this shit poppin and posted A.S.A.P

May I humbly suggest my TEK? (link is in my sig) It covers making syringes in an easy way and is full of good information. All methods have been used by yours truly.
I mean, it's got a +7 and looks really nice...
