i can't STAND to read the cultivation forums any more cause it seems everyone has an opinion about everything and they just contradict each other! noobs teaching noobs without any sources or reasoning! i ask a question and all i get is responses from 10 different 16 year old kids who have 13 posts total, since they joined yesterday...i even get advice from people who haven't even grown before!!
so i am slowly reducing how often i am coming to these forums for the same reason i stopped playing WoW....i just cant stand noobs!....i mean i don't wanna come off as some elitist jerk but some people just don't check their sources or just talk out of their asses cause they don't have better shit to do...spending more time on forums than actually DOING what they discuss.
anyone else feel this way? sorry if this is a wasteful thread of venting but it seems like its getting noticeably worse every week.

I got one of those "trusted Identifier" things under my name in the hunting forum, the noobs will tell me that im wrong when i make an ID on an amanita muscaria and then try to tell me how it is.
Im not bragging saying im the hunting forum master(thats alan rockefeller)but the noobs must die, i even asked ythan to make a mushroom hunting sub forum for noobs ID requests but was shot down because curecat didnt wanna do it.
Basically what im trying to say is, how come all the nOObs are fucking know it all?
I find it funny when a nOOb says to me "you just joined in 2008 as well" and then i show them my old screen name/account from 2003....yeah bitches ive been down, ive seen some shit in my many days on here.

Yeah, I was all about mush cult a while back. Hadn't been in there for months though. I was looking through there last week and thought "WTF happened here?"
Agreed, it seems to be a ton of noobs with their "I heard that...", "I was under the impression...", "I read..." responses answering questions they have no real experience with. Seems some of them don't even grow, they just like to feel smart by regurgitating back shit they read.

I stopped reading the cultivation forum for that exact reason. It was just repetitive noob nonsense and you really had to sift to find good info.

This thread is funny, noobs complaining about noobs (excuses weiliii) Maybe make yourselves a new "Noob level2 mush cult thread" where vets from 08' can go, seriously man if you cant work it out by now and you still need to ask questions then let it go instead of complaining about people that have registered after you...

Dude. Totally. There are nothing but nebs that frequent there. I am have given ill advice a couple times. But when someone corrected me, I looked it up, and apologized when I found out I was wrong. I just post my results and how I get them. I have never said they were right, or better than anyone else's. If it works MOSTLY for me, then I'm happy.
This site, except here, ethno, and a couple others, mostly, seems to be in the process of being overrun by jackasses (OTD), and misinformation spreaders! DAMN YOU!

i never said i was an expert but i actually cultivate and have produced shrooms...and can do so on a consistent basis, thats why im pissed...the fact that people are giving advice without having grown before, its like someone who watches cops trying to be a lawyer.
hey, ever hear of tony royster jr? hes a 7 year old drum prodigy, just cause you haven't DONE something for a long time doesn't mean you cant learn quickly...some people make connections faster than others.

So pick through the info and use the search button. Just wait for someone you know is right to reply.
Shit, I've only been here a half-year and I knew who knew their shit by week #2. If you know who is a good source just take their advice and use the other stuff as little tips.
