 Honey Mushrooms over rice

i started a pot of white rice cooking, and cleaned and prepared 6-10 medium/large Armillaria Nabsnona caps, broke them up into a pan with a little butter, garlic, and chopped fresh cilantro, then added some 2% milk
finally some freshly ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes/seeds to preference.
simmered for a bit til it started to thicken, then added some turmeric and a liberal amount of curry sauce.
then poured it over the rice when thick enough
was damn good! 
had a great desert too
