I don't understand what you are asking. What makes anything bad? I'm not sure if there is a such thing as something being bad. It's all about perception and what society deems to be bad. For instance, killing is generally thought to be bad, but the Inuit would kill their infants and elderly if there was not enough resources to go around, it was for the good of the group.
But you put 'the drug' on the list, so I don't think you're asking this. Are you asking what makes a drug bad? I think some drugs are more dangerous than others.

If "the bad stuff" refers to drugs, you need to clarify what you consider bad. I consider drugs with an excessive side-effect profile and a narrow effective dose range to be bad. With regards to street drugs, I consider ones of low purity, or ones where the actual drug present is misrepresented to be bad.
It sounds like you have some strange moralistic undertones to the question that don't necessarily apply.

IMO, nothing is bad nothing is good.

the criteria is life in general or college life and any facet of it.
If I wanted to ask you why "shooting heroin all night and throughout the following day when you have a Government exam" is bad, I would have.
I was hoping for more reaching down from your personal lives to look at what shroomerites view as bad because I know alot of you have a more rational view on obvious socially "bad" things like drugs.
I don't want to give you ideas. There are no wrong answers but I wouln't be pleased with just fill in the blank comments and scenarios.

Their are two kinds of bad and two kinds of good. The first set of good and bad are the things that happen completely out our control.
Bad- Unpreventable diseases, accidents not of your doing but that negatively impact you, being born with some sort of handicap....etc.

All things that the outcome of which, is entirely up to you.
Since we have no control of the natural events that happen, we usually try to balance it out with performing actions that will hopefully produce some sort of good outcome. The natural good and bads could be balanced, or they could not be balanced. Its up to us to balance the things we view as good and bad in our lives, since both are very necessary to our growth as humans.
So essentially their really is no such things as "good" or "bad", since they are both just as equally important in our lives, but their still is the sense of whether they initially provoke negative or positive energy.

What makes anything bad is YOURSELF! A heroin addict can be moments away from grabbing the siringe and the word "bad" would never cross his\her mind. A lot of our choices on what's "good" or "bad" can vary on certain things, whether it be how we were raised, our morals, ethics of society, or media influence.
Is that what you were even asking?
