I don't follow a tek. I just boil water and dump that into a pot with a brick of coir. Toss in roughly 1 qt verm stir it all up and sit till it cools.
I don't really have a ratio, i just add pints and mix it in till it looks like enough spawn. I think i used 8 pts wbs to the 1 brick coir.

That's irrelevant to his results. 1cc is a proper amount per jar, divided up into the 4 holes. you don't get better results from more solution, it's actually detrimental.
