So the other day I bought a new bong, nothing spectacular (or so I thought). It a normal sized white water bong with scorpion designs on it. For the "special" occasion I ended up buying 1/2 an O (purple kush) and the dealer (good friend) threw in 3 insanely dense sticks/stems of diesel (in the picture), we already had about 1/3 O left over from the previous week (mixture of both Northern Lights and AK47), so we had a ton of freakin good weed.
The bowl on this thing is pretty big and its awesome! I'm not sure how to explain it but when you spark it and take your hoot the smoke fills up the bowl, its like a mini bong in the bowl.
After that first hoot my lungs died, I had such problems breathing for about 5min, it hurt a lot! Nothing has ever kicked my ass like that. So we continued to smoke and about 30 minutes after I was the highest I've ever been on weed, period. I closed my eyes and for the first time in my life I had CEV's on weed, it left me startled, amazed and awe struck.
This bong is not to be messed with, so there we are baked out of our minds trying to come up with a name for the bong (our previous bong was named "The Flamethrower"). This white bong that we were smoking out of had scorpions printed all over it so at first we thought "why not just call it the scropion"? Then we realized that was too easy and kind of obvious. I came up with "the pincer" but that was pretty gay too. After another toke I said "this thing is fucking powerful, it's got like a PhD in getting us baked or something...HEY I KNOW! It should be Doctor something" and out of nowhere my friend "S" who's sitting across the room just blurts out "DOCTOR SCORPINOX" in a low metal growl. The name stuck instantly.
Behold Doctor Scorpinox (not all the weed is pictured here, just 3 big stems):
See how the bowl is clear/transparent (you can see through most of the glass parts)? When you spark the bowl and start sucking the transparent bowl fills up with smoke, its awesome in the dark b/c you can only see the ember from the lit weed in the bowl surrounded by a cloud of smoke (b/c you can't see the glass in the dark, just the smoke inside it), trippy as hell.
As for the CEV's, mostly I saw really colorful shapes that were moving, not morphing or anythign like a shroom trip would look like. It was a different kind of CEV's, I also had (after smoking a bit more) vivid scenes being played out in my head when I closed my eyes, for example like an epic battle taking place across a huge battlefield, and lemme tell you it was very vivid, the details were crisp, no ambigiouty what so ever, no "what the hell was that?" kinda moment, it was all very clear.
Best time I've had with weed yet! =)
edit: you can kinda see "The Flamethrower" bong on the far left side of the picture (orange and white).

I honestly think this bong is better than a vap for getting high, not as efficient but the high is unparalleled, the body high is awesome too (rarely do I get body highs from smoking weed, only in excessive amounts involving a vap, this is one of the very few isolated events where a bong has brought on a body high, this bong bringing the best body high)
edit: Last night my friend (I left it at his house, can't really smoke where I live, very strict rules) tried it with a few ice cubes thrown in (they were in the long narrow part of the bong, above the water) and said it blew him away, so smooth you could take down massive hits. The smoke is first filtered in the ice cold water then as it travels up the long narrow tube past the ice cubes it gets even cooler, awesome!
I'll take some pics tonight, maybe even a vid of it in action.

Try smoking the same weed out of a different apparatus. I'm pretty sure a bong can not make that big of a difference in the high.
And yeah i always put ice in the bong. It makes things just THAT much better.

That 1/3 O I mentioned in the original post, it was weed from another night (previous) that we had the night we smoked out of Dr. Scorpinox. We smoked that same 1/3 O weed from the flamethrower a few nights in a row before Scorpinox was bought, we smoked that same weed from Scorpinox that night and it blew all of us away, def. gotta be the bong.
It was mix of Northern Lights and AK47 I think, the 1/2 O that was fresh was all pure purple kush (by far the best kush I've smoked, its a new strain I think) plus 3 stems of diesel (in the picture).
And yea, ice makes everything better =).

Diesel is where it is at. And yeah northern lights and Ak will get you pretty high. But if your looking for a body high focus on that mutha fuckin kush. 
I still have to say a bong can't make a giant difference in how high you get per amount of weed. The bowl is bigger, the weed burns faster, and you can get bigger hits. Therefore you got higher. But you probably also smoked more weed. If you want to double check weigh out 1g, and smoke it out of both bongs, from completely sober of course. You will probably get almost identical highs.

I love doing experiments, sounds like a plan. Tonight I'll smoke out of Scorpinox, probably a good 5g or something, I'll record what its like, then on Friday night it'll be the flamethrower's turn. I guess I'll smoke the kush both nights, although Diesel is freakin awesome.
edit: and I know from experience that bongs don't make a difference, so it's not like I'm being ignorant of the fact. Its' just that this bong made me go "HOLY FUCK", haven't don't that in a while involving weed, the last time that happened was when I tried out a vaporizer for the very first time and that was a very long time ago.

Yeah diesel is very sativa. I love that head high, it makes me motivated and creative. 5g of kush sounds like you can keep up with me. Finally someone on here who isn't a complete light weight.

I think that is good and good. I love the way it smells, and i have no problem with my room smelling like straight dank. I guess if you live with your parents, or in a very public area it could be a problem.

already got busted because of my dumb neighbor smoking a bowl in my room when the hall inspection was going on.
Took ~100mg of molly, all my pieces, cactus seeds, spores, my scale, my indian warrior, my box i kept it in with my pill bottles...
No weed on me though, and I said it wasn't my molly and they haven't called me back, its been over a month.
Im glad i got off easy, but they came in while i was sleeping and stole my shit, that's fucked up.

At SirSmokesAlot,
yes its very very dank! We had the Diesel out in the open, the dealer just kinda gave it to me in my hand so it smelled very nice, smell it a mile away lol. The problem with me is the place I'm renting out right now, the landlord is very strict, and I can't really risk getting kicked out right now cuz of final exams coming up in uni, I have never smoked where I live, always outside, or at someone else's house. My best friend "S" is where we always smoke anyway, I always buy the weed in compensation for them letting me use his house, he chips in too sometimes (he's still in high school, no job).
As for the 5g thing, on average we smoke every night Mon-Wed, skip Thurs, and smoke 80% of Fridays throughout the year, 90% of Saturdays, Sunday is a break day too. So you can see my tolerance along with friend "S" has gone up considerably since we started out. I remember when I first started smoking, an 1/8 would last us from Monday till the next Monday. Now we can smoke 1/2 O in 2 days if we wanted to (but we don't, we make our weed last as long as we can without compromising getting high), for example, that 1/3 O of northern lights and Ak47 no longer exists, we smoked it all in one night.
5g is the usual, if its a party or an occasion, we can smoke upwards of an O.
And yea glad to see you on this board, most of my friends can't keep up w/ me and "S".
Personally, and this is just me talking here, I find this tolerance a curse. I'm not trying to brag or show off "look at how much I can smoke". Trust me man, it sucks, I truly wish I was light-medium weight for smoking weed.

Yeah it'd be nice to get high off of a joint again. But the truth is almost everyone on this forum smokes like .4g at a time. I smoke an 1/4 of Sour D. easy in one day.

Ye guys heard of grit weed?Some enterprising individuals decided that they werent making enough profit off selling so they now bulk up the weight by sand-blasting it with silicone/glue so it gives the appearance of crystals.I got bronchitis after it and a couple of people have been hospitalised with fucked lungs.not meant to be a scare story i just wanna know if its prevelent.

i don't think you'll run into anything like that in the states, but if you're asking if it's still a problem in europe, I'd guess no, but you can probably tell somehow by looking at it.
