 What are they giving out handicap parking passes for these days anyway???

I was visiting a friend today and went into Wal-Mart...
I saw this and I just knew it was a total epic failure.
It really makes me wonder if these people should have a parking pass or even a license. I mean I admit Im not the best parallel parker but seriously this car wasn't even close to the spot.

That isn't even close to parallel parking either haha. You could seriously drive into it perpendicular and still have enough room to turn into the spot. I take pride in how straight I park everyday at school then I walk past the principal's vehicles, and they are parked half ass sideways and in two spots.

That car didn't have a handicapped sticker, I'll bet.
He was just parking there to run in and get his gas card refilled.

i do that shit. park in non-parking places for like 5 minutes.
i figure by the time someone notices or cares i'll be long gone.

ive seen many times in my town people will park sideways on the handicap space, and then some other moron will park right beside him....so there's 2 cars in one space....i see this all the time at walemartz

It had a hanging sticker... It was there a half an hour later when we left Wal-Mart.

There was probably just someone else in the spot when they got there, then that person left while they were still in the store.
That or they are just fucking retarded....it is walmart.

I hate people that abuse the handicap parking spaces. I have broken a foot and both my legs at separate times and I would always see people parking in the handicap spot when there not supposed to, forcing my grimacing, throbbing, red faced ass to walk an extra 100 feet. They fucking suck.
My favorite was the last time i broke my leg i had to work, and i work downtown so there are few parking spaces. This bitch that i work with, who has no problem standing on her feet for 8 hours cuts me off on the way in the garage and pulls into the last handicap space. She throws her window hanger up, hops out the car and literally starts running to the door because she was late. I had to limp and crutch like 3 blocks because she needed to save herself some time. i hope you die bitch.
